after you buy from them, they put you in long and inconvenient
telephone queues that don't answer your questions, or they
simply don't answer the telephone. If you call and leave a
message, it is never returned. At Nationwide Paging, a real
person answers the telephone between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm,
and answers your questions.

Nationwide
delivers pagers to its customers by two day service, overnight
delivery or Nationwide's own delivery service, whichever method
the customer selects. All orders are shipped within 24 hours
of receipt.
Problems
are generally resolved over the telephone within minutes.
Nationwide personnel are trained to trouble shoot a pager
over the telephone, and if the problem cannot be fixed over
the phone, it is our policy to simply ship a replacement pager
to the user within 12 hours.
