How
do I locate the PIN number?
For
Guaranteed Messaging, the 10-digit phone number is the PIN,
for traditional (one-way) paging, PIN's are given to each
customer at the time of activation, they are not necessarily
the pager phone number. If you do not know the pin associated
with your alpha pager, please e-mail, or call our customer
service center.
What
if I don't know the recipient's PIN number?
You
must contact that individual to gain access to his or her
PIN. Nationwide Paging does not give out our subscribers'
PIN's.
Can
I send a page to someone with only numeric paging service?
No,
online messaging can only be sent to customers who subscribe
to alphanumeric service.
How
long will it take before an Internet message is received on
the pager?
The
Internet is a global network that is not maintained by Nationwide
Paging or any other one entity. Therefore, it is quite possible
to experience outages and delays on the Internet. Senders
should be aware that time-critical messages should be sent
by multiple different means.
